The rather large painting was possible because my granddaughter, Anna Ludwig, drawing on the skills she picked up as an art major at Evergreen College, was able to partner with me. It is signed by the two of us. Anna’s usual work these days is for Seattle Veterinary Outreach, where she joins others who visit homeless encampments to offer free medical care for the pets of homeless people. Meanwhile, your usual painter will undertake works which require less heavy lifting.
